EACC Clearence form Pdf download

EACC (Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission) Clearence Certificate requires an individual to Fill the Clearence Form that he/she will then submit those forms in duplicate and in person to the Nairobi Offices or at any EACC Regional Office.

  1. Applicant must fill the eacc clearence form in duplicate (two copies)
  2. Attach the following documents together with your clearence form.
    1). Identity Card or Passport copy
    2). Personal Identification Number (KRA PIN)
    3). Professional Academic Certificates

Completed Eacc Clearence form to be signed by the applicant and the signature be witnessed by a Commissioner for Oaths or Magistrate.

Upon submission of the completed Eacc clearence form, the details are verified and acknowledgment of the application is done by stamping on the copy of the clearence application which is retained by the applicant.

Completed Eacc Clearenceform can be submitted in person or may be dropped on behalf of the applicant at the EACC Head Office at Integrity Centre, Nairobi or at any EACC Regional Office or Huduma Centers country wide.
